About Story Fan Maker
Story Fan Maker is a fan fiction story generator. You describe the characters, choose a universe, a trope and a point of view, and it writes a new story for you to read, edit and keep.
What it is
The generator works for fandom characters and for characters you invented yourself. Every visitor gets 3 free stories a day with no account, up to 1,500 words each.
If you want more, you can buy a one-time pack with PayPal: the $4.90 pack adds 100 generations that never expire, and the $14.90 lifetime unlock adds chapter-by-chapter continuation and export. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The pricing page has the details, and the refund policy explains refunds.
Story text is not stored on our servers. Finished stories stay in your browser on the device you used, where you can copy or download them.
Who makes it
Story Fan Maker is made and run by Story Fan Maker, at storyfanmaker.com. Payments are processed by PayPal. The terms of service and the privacy policy describe how the service works and what data it keeps.
Content rating: PG-13, with an optional T
Every story is rated PG-13 by default. You can pick an optional T (Teen) rating, which allows mild language, non-graphic fights and heavier angst. There is no NSFW content at either rating. Action, peril and strong feelings are fine; sexual content, graphic violence and stories about real people are not. Romance stays light and only between adult characters, and characters under 18 get friendship, rivalry and adventure instead. Requests are checked before and after writing. The full rules are on the content policy and acceptable use pages. The service is for people aged 13 and over.
